All sales are final. You may return new, unused jewelry within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We'll pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your store credit within 2-3 weeks of shipping your package to us. This time period includes the return transit time (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes us to process your credit (3 to 5 business days)

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received your returned item and processed your store credit.

We can ship anywhere in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for yor based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Because your piece is coming from Hawaii, allow for extra time when purchasing for special occasions.
